To do a handstand first you put your hands on the ground and make sure they aren't together because if they are you will fall over.
You need to make sure that your back is straight if it is bent you might pull a muscle. You need to keep your hands straight and keep them the width of your shoulder. You kick your feet up in the air for as long as you can. Try keep your spine and all of your body straight.
